The Jubilee Walkway is the London's most popular walking trail and is one of London's seven top walking routes designated as the Strategic Walks Network.

The Walkway was first developed for The Queen's Silver Jubilee in 1977 and The Trust was then set up in 1978 as a charity to look after its interests in partnership with strategic and local authorities. In the Queen's Golden Jubilee, the Walkway was extensively refurbished, with several gold discs added. In 2012 the Queen celebrated her Diamond Jubilee by launching the Walkway's sister route, the Jubilee Greenway.
